Whether you study full, part time or via blended learning, you will have your own tutor assigned at the start of your course, who will support you when you need it.
We're here for you
You will receive your tutors contact details during your induction at the start of your course, you can then decide on which method of communication you prefer.
If you are completing a full or part time then you will see you tutor regularly for support. You can also arrange to see your tutor via workshops if you are completing a blended learning course.
It might not be possible to see your tutor or get in contact with them via telephone. If this is the case and you need for support is not urgent then try sending an email and your tutor can get in touch with you at a convenient time.
If you have an urgent need to speak with your tutor directly, then this would be the best approach, either via text message or conversation if this been agreed by your tutor during your induction.
If there is something which you feel like you need extra support or information on then you can also contact our office through our contact us page, where we will be happy to help and support you, whatever your needs.
Our support systems are available as much as you want, or you feel you need, there are no time limits, or restrictions. However if it is out of hours please bare with us and we will be in touch with you as soon as we can.
